3786088 - Unable to Proceed with the RHDR Step After Selecting "Rehire with Old Employment" – Onboarding

• Unable to proceed with Rehire Verification task in Onboarding for candidate.
• After selecting the old profile and clicking 'Rehire with Old Employment', the next screen displays only the page header without any data or error message.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the responsible user
2. Go to Onboarding.
3. Find candidate 
4. Click on Rehire Verification task.
5. Select the old profile and click 'Rehire with Old Employment'.
6. Observe that the next screen displays only the page header without any data or error message.

Multiple active Onboarding processes exist for the same candidate.

As a result, the Rehire Data Review (RHDR) page cannot load correctly.

1. Navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Identify the duplicate or unwanted Onboarding process for the affected candidate.
3. Cancel the unwanted Onboarding process.
4. Navigate to Manage Data.
5. Search for the corresponding Onboarding Info record.
6. Verify that the status of the corresponding Onboarding Info record is Cancelled.
7. Return to the Onboarding Dashboard.
8. Retry the Rehire Verification task.

Ensure that only one active Onboarding process exists for the affected candidate before proceeding with the Rehire Verification task. If the issue persists after completing the above steps, create an SAP Support incident for further investigation
