3786095 - Automatic Hire - SmartRecruiters Candidates (Functional and Technical Clarification)

Symptom

Candidates initiated from Smart Recruiters are transferred successfully to Onboarding, but the Automatic Hire engine does not process them.

Resolution

  • Automatic Hiring is not currently supported for candidates initiated from SmartRecruiters (SR).

  • This is an expected system limitation in the current integration.

  • The SmartRecruiters and Onboarding integration is currently in Phase 1.

  • Support for Automatic Hiring for SR-initiated candidates is planned as a future roadmap enhancement and is not available in the current release.
