3786097 - "Connect with New Hire" Buddy card incorrectly displays "Joining Us Today!" before the new hire's actual start date - Onboarding

• "Joining Us Today!" message displayed on buddy's homepage "Connect with New Hire" card when new hire's start date is in the future.
• Assigned buddy sees the message "Onboardee Joining Us Today!" several days before the actual joining date. The message continues to display "Today" until the start date. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create an onboarding for a new hire with a start date in the future.
2. Assign a buddy to the new hire so the "Connect with New Hire" featured card appears for the buddy.
3. Log in as the buddy and open the homepage.
4. Observe that the featured card displays "new hire's Joining Us Today!" even though the start date is not today, and that it continues to show "Today" across multiple days before the start date.
