3786112 - Is it possible to use an API pull signed documents from Onboarding to EC People Profile - Onboarding

Signed Onboarding documents are available only in Manage Documents and not linked/visible in the employee profile, is it possible to use an API extract signed onboarding documents

1. Complete onboarding steps where a new hire signs documents.
2. Check Manage Documents to confirm the signed documents are present.
3. Open the employee profile and observe that the signed documents are not available/linked there.

No API is currently available to retrieve signed onboarding 2.0 documents or to link them from Manage Documents into the employee profile.

1. There is no API available, however the functionality will be available where documents in onboarding will be available in the People Profile in the next release 2H2026.
2. Availability: Early Adoption in 1H 2026 — General Availability planned for 2H 2026.
