3786124 - Error when opening Variable Pay Individual View on mobile app

Users receive an error when accessing Variable Pay Individual View from the mobile app.

Error message: "The requested operation is not available."

• SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the environment on a mobile device.
2. Navigate to Profile.
3. Open the Compensation category.
4. Scroll to Variable Pay Individual View and select a plan.
5. Observe that an error message appears instead of the plan opening.

With the latest People Profile (PPX) is enabled, the mobile app only supports the enhanced Variable Pay Individual View.

If the “Enhanced Variable Pay Individual View” setting is not enabled, opening the Individual View on mobile can result in an authorization error.

1. Go to Compensation Home.
2. Select Action for All Plans.
3. Open Company Settings.
4. Enable the checkbox “Enhanced Variable Pay Individual View.”
5. Save the changes.
6. Test again on the mobile app by navigating to Profile > Compensation > Variable Pay Individual View and opening a plan.
