3786143 - Operations Removed from Schedule After Dispatching in Manage Work Center Utilization

Symptom

After dispatching operations that belong to a schedule, the operations are no longer visible in the Manage Schedules application.

Typical observations include:

  • Operations are automatically removed from the schedule after dispatch.
  • Operations added to a schedule disappear from the Manage Schedules app after being dispatched in applications such as Manage Work Center Utilization or Maintenance Scheduling Board.
  • No error message is displayed.
