Symptom
- EWM goods issue is completed automatically after zero-out, but clicking Post Goods Issue in Manage Outbound Delivery Orders is still required for LE synchronization.
- Since version 2608, clicking Post Goods Issue after zero-out raises an error.
- Goods issue is not synchronized in LE.
- Error message observed: "Goods issue is already posted."
- In ERP, Goods Movement status remains "A" (not completed).
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Perform a delivery zero-out operation in EWM.
- In Manage Outbound Delivery Orders, click Post Goods Issue.
- Observe that an error is raised and the goods issue does not synchronize to LE.
Cause
Following the CE2608 release, an issue was identified where the warehouse process status is not updated after adjusting the stock quantity to zero in the Manage Outbound Delivery Orders app (F6498). The SCM Logistics WM development team is currently working on a permanent fix.
Resolution
The permanent correction is planned for deployment on 03 August. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, please perform the Post Goods Issue (PGI) using the Warehouse Monitor app.
Should you need SAP assistance to correct the delivery status of affected deliveries, please create an incident under component SCM-EWM-DLP-2CL.
