• The Collection Worklist does not display all customers that have open items visible in Manage Customer Line Items.
• In a company code, only a subset of customers with open balances appears in the Collection Worklist.
• Issue occurs in the production environment.
• Accounts Receivables (AR) transfer job error: Unconfirmed master record change.

1. Open Manage Customer Line Items and identify customers with open items that are assigned to a collections profile.
2. Open the Collections Worklist and compare the listed customers.
3. Observe that some customers with open items are missing from the Collections Worklist.
4. Verify that the background job to generate the worklist (for example, UDM_GEN_WORKLIST) has run.

• Unconfirmed changes exist in the Customer (Fin.Accounting) role for the affected business partners.
• Because these changes are not confirmed, Accounts Receivable items are not transferred to Collections Management by the periodic automated job "Sending of FI-AR-Relevant Data to Collections Management", resulting in missing entries in the Collections Worklist.

1. Open the Confirm Customer List (Accounting) app (App ID: FD09).
2. Review pending changes for affected business partners in the Customer (Accounting) role.
3. Confirm or reject all pending changes.
