3786238 - Error: "Cannot post document. Concur employee &1 is not a test user" (CTE_FND_POSTING135) - (CTE)

When trying to post a Concur document to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608, you get the error:

• Cannot post document. Concur employee &1 is not a test user.
  Message no. CTE_FND_POSTING135

Note: if the document get "Blocked" instead of failed, verify at app "Concur Integration Setup" -> "Financial Posting" -> "Automatic Posting Retry", the message ID CTE_FND_POSTING135 was most likely added to it.

• Access Concur Posting Documents Monitor.
• Import and post a document.

With SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608, a new check was implemented.

In order to post Concur documents from a Concur productive entity to an SAP test system, you must use a Concur test user. Thus, to solve the issue resubmit the expense report as a test user

Contact your Concur admin about the test user attribute, or create a Concur incident. Check SAP note 3344911 on how to create a Concur case.

If posting as a non-test user is required, deactivate the check ID CHECK_CONCUR_AND_SAP_SYSTEM_TYPE for the document type of choice. This can be done via app "Concur Integration Setup", click at "Menu" and select "Finance" -> "Configuration" -> "Activate Posting Check". Note that the correct procedure is to use a test user to avoid any possible issue, proceed by your own risk.
