• E-Verify encountered data errors. Please contact Technical Support with the following error: Country_code: Invalid value for "country_code", valid values for country_code
• This happens when inserting Kosovo as country of issue

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Locate the E-Verify task.
2. Attempt to submit the task 
3. Observe the error indicating an invalid country code.

This is a known issue identified by our engineering team.

In order to correct the data and submit.

1. Open Manage Data.
2. Search for E-Verify Data and locate the affected record for the candidate’s case.
3. For candidates from Kosovo, set the country/region code to XKS.
4. Save the changes.
5. Return to the E-Verify task and submit again to confirm the error is resolved.
