3786316 - SAP BTP Cockpit - access to subaccounts sometimes works fine, sometimes not

Symptom

  • Access to subaccounts in the cockpit is inconsistent; sometimes it works and sometimes it fails.
  • The issue occurs randomly when navigating to different tabs, such as "Users".
  • After capture an HTTP trace while reproduce the issue, Error message: net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR can be seen.
