Recurring Deduction is Not End-Dated After Employee Termination inactivates the Enrollment
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the terminated user's profile in Employee Central.
- Verify that the user has a termination record with the appropriate effective termination date.
- Navigate to Benefits and confirm that the enrollment has been terminated with the correct end date.
- Navigate to the Recurring Deductions portlet.
- Observe that the recurring deduction associated with the terminated enrollment is still active or has not been end-dated to match the pension plan end date.
