3786336 - "Proxy Now" search results do not display Usernames

Symptom

After the 1H 2026 release, usernames are not displayed in the "Proxy Now" search results when the "Enable SAP user experience updates" setting is enabled.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings.
  2. Enable the "Enable SAP user experience updates" option.
  3. Save the changes.
  4. Go to Proxy Now.
  5. Search for a user.
  6. The search results display only the user's full name. The username is not shown.

Resolution

This issue has been confirmed as a product defect. A correction is planned for delivery with the 2H 2026 release.
