3786350 - Bookmarks do not persist Unit description or column widths in app Reconciliation Balance

In ICMR app Reconciliation Balance, bookmarks do not save description display and customized column widths in new or loaded views.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the ICMR Reconciliation Balance application.
2. Configure the table layout:
3. Enable the display of descriptions for relevant fields.
4. Adjust column widths as needed.
5. Create a bookmark and optionally set it as the default bookmark.
6. Close and reopen the application.
7. Load the bookmark (or launch the app with the default bookmark).
8. Observe that filters are restored, but description display and column widths revert to defaults.

This is expected behavior by design in the ICMR Reconciliation Balance app: bookmarks retain filters and general navigation settings but do not persist table layout settings such as description display or customized column widths.

The app uses logic that differs from certain analytical or group reporting apps where table layout may be stored in bookmarks.

Acknowledge that the current behavior is by design: bookmarks in ICMR Reconciliation Balance do not persist description display or custom column widths.

Do not rely on bookmarks for table layout persistence in this app; continue using them for filters and selection criteria only.

Avoid creating custom column views for this purpose, as it is not recommended for this app.

If complete layout persistence is required, submit an enhancement request via the Customer Influence portal so the requirement can be considered for future releases.
