3786352 - "Unfinalize" button is no longer available in Australia STP2 declaration

Symptom

  • After executing the Declare transaction (T-CODE PC00_M13_STP2_DD) for an STP2 pay event, the Unfinalize button is no longer visible or accessible.
  • It is not possible to unfinalize, finalize, or auto-finalize the pay event after declaration.
  • No changes can be made to the pay event data after the Declare step is completed.
