Manage Rate Table app shows Location/BP name/description different of Location Master Data.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the SAP user icon and choose Settings.
2. Go to Language and Region.
3. Check the Language of the user (for example: EN English).
4. Open the Manage Locations app.
5. Choose Go to display locations.
6. Open a location.
7. Verify the Name/Description and the Language Key (for example: DE German or EN English).
8. Ensure the location Language Key is different from the user’s language to reproduce the issue, or the same to confirm the expected behavior.
9. Open the Manage Rate Tables app.
10. Select the relevant rate table document.
11. Choose Show/Hide Details and enable Show description.
12. Observe the description shown: when user language and location language key match, the description is correct; when they differ, SAP displays an incorrect description in the rate table.

• SAP displays the location description as "Customer Consignment".
• A mismatch between the user’s logon language and the language key maintained in the Location data.

1. Create all Locations Names/description with the same language that the SAP user will use the system (Settings).

2. Manage Locations app - Language Key (EN - English)

3. SAP User icon > Settings > Language (English)
