Symptom
- The Excel add-in "Save" function does not respect folder-level write permissions set to view-only.
- When a user saves a shared workbook via the Excel add-in without changing the destination, the original file is overwritten even if the target folder is configured as view-only.
- In the web application, attempting to save under the same view-only folder returns: "We could not save the file, because you do not have 'Create files' permission for this folder."
