Symptom
When attempting to create a platform IDP at the Global Account level, the operation fails if the specified origin key contains a dot (.).
The same origin key is accepted successfully when the dot (.) is replaced with a hyphen (-).
Performing the same operation via CLI also fails and returns the following error message: "Parameters given in the API call are not valid"
