3786457 - Approver does not receive Fiori notifications for group journal entry workflow items

Symptom

  • Approver does not receive the bell notification in the top-right Notifications area of the Fiori launchpad when a Group Journal Entry workflow item is created.
  • Notifications may appear sporadically; the item is visible under To-Dos but not in Notifications.
  • The preparer does not receive a notification when the workflow is approved.
