3786469 - Incorrect Quantity Formatting in Application "Manage Usage Decisions" After 2608 Upgrade

After upgrading to release 2608, the "Manage Usage Decisions" app displays incorrect quantity formatting in the Material Documents section of inspection lots, showing excessive decimal places and an extra "0" before the unit (for example, 10000.00000000000000 0 PC instead of 10000 PC).

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Usage Decisions" application.
2. Open any inspection lot.
3. Navigate to the Material Documents section.
4. Review the displayed quantity for a material document and observe the incorrect formatting.

New coding issue identified in the application.

A fix is under development and is planned to be delivered by 13 September 2026.
