Symptom

Unable to download download XML Form Data for Outgoing Check.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Manage Outgoing Checks app.
  2. Attempt to download the XML file for the outgoing check form template.

Cause

Downloading XML form data for outgoing checks is not supported by standard design.

Resolution

  • If this functionality is required, submit a product enhancement request on our Continuous Influence.
  • If a specific check needs to be downloaded, raise a case for SAP Support under component FI-FIO-AP-PAY-2CL and provide the relevant check number.
