3786587 - Total Negotiated Value not updated in Opportunity Header

• Total Negotiated Value in the opportunity header remains 0 or not updated even though products with quantity and price are added.
• Modifying product quantity or price and saving does not update the header value.
• No error message is displayed.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to Opportunities WCV
2. Open an existing opportunity that contains one or more products with quantity and price maintained.
3. In the Products section, change a product quantity or price.
4. Click enter and save.
5. The "Total Negotiated Value" in the header value still does not update.

In the products tab; the user has entered custom values in the field "Reason for Status" rather than selecting predefined values from the dropdown. 

The values for field "Reason for Status" should be selected only from predefined values available in dropdown.
