3786661 - Personal Combined Statements Display Previous Year's Template Instead of the Newly Generated Statement

• Compensation statements are generated successfully, but the previous year’s statement is displayed in Employee Profile → Compensation → Personal Combined Statements instead of the newly generated statement.
• No errors are reported in Scheduled Jobs.
• Email notifications are not triggered after statement generation.

1. Create a new statement template.
2. Assign it to the target compensation plan.
3. Run the compensation statement generation process.
4. Navigate to Employee Profile → Compensation → Personal Combined Statements.
5. Observe that the previously used statement template is shown instead of the newly generated one.

A plan included in the combined statement remained associated with a previous year's statement template, causing the system to reference the older template during generation.

1. Review the Combined Statements configuration and check the template-to-plan associations for all included compensation and variable pay plans.
2. Ensure each plan has only one statement template associated. Remove any outdated or duplicate associations (for example, a prior-year template still linked to an included plan).
3. Save the configuration changes.
4. Regenerate the combined statements from the current plan using the intended template.
5. Verify in Employee Profile → Compensation → Personal Combined Statements that the correct statement appears.
6. Confirm that notifications are sent (as configured) and the Compensation Statement Acknowledgement card updates accordingly.
