3786664 - OData V2 Receiver: server-side paging fails on second request when nextlink is relative (host is null error)

When the Process in Pages option is enabled in the OData V2 Receiver Adapter, the integration flow fails during the paging loop with the following behavior:

• The first page request completes successfully.
• The second iteration fails before the HTTP call is dispatched.
• Error message returned:
  

  com.sap.gateway.core.ip.component.odata.exception.OsciException:
  HTTP Request failed with error: Target host is null

The adapter constructs only a relative request URI for the next page instead of resolving it against the service root URL.
