3786673 - Renamed picklist label not displaying new version value/label in Manage Permission role page for View Role Assignment

In Manage Permission Role under View Role Assignment the renamed picklist label is not displaying, instead the old value is shown

1. change the label and external code of a picklist value used in the MDF object
2. Go to Manage Permission Role
3.  Select the Role
4. Edit the Role Assignments
5. go to Target Criteria and edit to readd the picklist value
6. notice in Edit mode the correct new value is shown
7. but once save in view mode we still see the previous old value

This is a UI label resolve issue
