Unable to find the app Manage Substitution / Validation Rules - Journal Entries  (App ID:F4406)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the search bar at the top of the screen.
2. Search for Manage Substitution/Validation Rules.
3. Unable to see Manage Substitution/Validation Rules for Journal Entries.
4. Apps for the following appear:
   • Manage Substitution/Validation Rules - For Asset Master Data
   • Manage Substitution/Validation Rules - For Asset Postings 
   • Manage Substitution/Validation Rules - Group Journal Entries
5. The apps that appear are not the ones needed for Journal Entries.

• The search tool is searching for exact spellings and spacing.
• The App ID:F4406 displays as App Name: Manage Substitution and Validation Rules
• However the App Launcher Title: Manage Substitution / Validation Rules - Journal Entries
  (please not the space before and after the "/") If the space is not present the app will not appear.

• Ensure you enter the app as: Manage Substitution / Validation Rules
• Then select the app with the subtitle - Journal Entries
