3786772 - Managed Documented Credit Decision New app: historical records missing after activation; 'reason code is invalid' during migration

• Historical data from the old version of the Managed Documented Credit Decision app is not visible after activating the new version.
• The new app only displays records created after activation.
• Error message: "Reason Code is invalid after Migrate Documented Credit Decision."

1. Activate the new version of the Managed Documented Credit Decision app.
2. Observe that historical records from the old version do not appear.
3. Follow the migration steps in the help content and run the required migration job.
4. Encounter the error "Reason Code is invalid" after Migrate Documented Credit Decision.

• The issue is due to the new configuration containing entries that differ from the old configuration, specifically for categories and reasons.
• Due to SSCUI framework restrictions and the SAP namespace, customers cannot create the old configuration entries themselves.

With the continuous feature delivery the fix will add the old config entries into the new config, planned for CE2608.2.
