3786814 - Page Access audit report returns data when disabled in Manage General Audit - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Profile

• Page Access report pulls data from before it was enabled in Manage General Audit page.
• Page Access report returns results even when the Page Access option is disabled in Manage General Audit.

1. Ensure the Page Access option is disabled in Manage General Audit > Configure General Audit.
2. Create a new audit report for Page Access.
3. Observe that the report returns results even though Page Access is disabled.

The behavior is expected by design and is caused due to the PP3 (Legacy People Profile ) to (Latest People Profile ) PPX migration. 

• Our Product Engineering team has confirmed that the root cause has been identified. The behavior is a result of the PP3 to PPX migration, where audit logging is enabled by default and cannot be disabled. Therefore, the observed behavior is expected by design.
• Note: The UI changes related to the PPX Switch will be introduced as part of the 2H 2026 release. The PPX switch will be enhanced in the UI and will be enabled by default from the UI.
