3786860 - I cannot see all imported Fund values during Purchase Requisition creation

After Funds Management is enabled and Fund master data is imported through the Import Flex Master Data Fund task, 
I cannot see all imported Fund records in the Fund selection picker during Purchase Requisition (PR) creation.

For example:

• I can see the Fund records in the Fund export file.
• I can see only a subset of Fund records in the PR Fund picker.
• I expect all imported Fund values to be available regardless of the Company Code used on the requisition.
