3786872 - How to activate the app "Assign bin to PSA"?

The app Assign Bin to PSA is not available in the Fiori or in the Display IAM app. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Necessary scope items required for the catalog SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_MD_PSA_PC are not active in the system.

The catalog which is required to activate the app Assign Bin to PSA is SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_MD_PSA_PC (this can be identified through the Fiori application library). This catalog is scope item dependent. The scope items which are required to be active for this catalog are : 3DV, 3VT, 5HO. 

Please make sure that these scope items are active in the system, only then the app Assign Bin to PSA can be made available for the users. 
Follow the below steps: 

1. Create a case to the operations team to activate the scope items using component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV (scope items cannot be directly activated from the customer side).
2. After activation, confirm that business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_MD_PSA_PC is available in the system.
3. Assign the catalog to an appropriate business role and verify that the "Assign Bin to PSA" app becomes available.
