3786908 - New Work Agreement ID Not Available For Resource Assignment In Plan Customer Projects

New work agreement not available for resource assignment customer project.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Plan Customer Projects app and respective project.
2. Go to the Teams tab.
3. Add a new resource and search for the user.
4. Observe that the user is not searchable.

The cost center from the employee’s new work agreement is not assigned to the Service Organization used by the project.

1. Open the Manage Service Organizations app.
2. Find and open the Service Organization assigned to the project.
3. Review the Cost Centers assigned to this Service Organization.
4. Verify whether the employee’s current cost center (from the new work agreement) is missing.
5. If missing, assign the employee’s current cost center to the Service Organization and save.
6. Return to Plan Customer Projects and repeat the resource search on the Teams tab.
