3786939 - Period filter on Pipeline History does not work in German browser locale

• On the Pipeline History screen, when the browser language is set to German, applying the Period filter together with Job Type and Processing Unit does not filter the data.
• Clicking Go shows no change — the pipeline history remains unchanged, including when navigating between pages.
• Backend call returns 400 Bad Request when Go is clicked with the Period filter applied.
• Removing the Period filter allows results to refresh correctly.
• Using an English browser locale with the same filters works as expected.
