3786950 - DP Agent connection to HANA fails with error "401 - Not Authorized"

• DP Agent connecting to SAP HANA service for SAP BTP, Neo Environment via HTTP.
• The Agent Admin HANA User has all required privileges, according to the "Prerequisites" section in the Help document. 
• Error in framework.trc:

  • [ERROR]  DPFramework | HttpConnector.handleHttpError [] - Possible solution :Please enter valid credentials when being prompted. 
                                    In case you forgot your credentials please contact your system administrator.

    [ERROR] DPFramework | HttpConnector.fetchToken [] - Error 401 - Not authorized: 
                                    You're not allowed to access the specified resource. 
                                    Credentials are missing or incorrect.
                                                    Please enter valid credentials when being prompted. 
                                    In case you forgot your credentials please contact your system administrator.
