3786963 - Future-dated hire is directed to legacy benefits overview instead of latest UI

A future-dated hire is incorrectly seeing the Legacy Benefits Overview UI when accessing benefits, instead of being routed to the Latest UI.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Open People Profile for a future-dated hire.
2. Go to Benefits Overview.
3. Observe that the Legacy Benefits Overview UI is displayed instead of the Latest UI.
4. Compare with a user who can access the Latest Benefits UI to confirm the difference.

A gap in the current system logic caused incorrect UI routing for future-dated hires with future benefit enrollment.

A fix is planned to be delivered in the 2H 2026 Release. You can test in Preview after October 12 2026 and in Production after November 13 2026. 

In case after the deployment you are facing issues please review the details below: 

1. Ensure that the Benefits Overview Page Configuration is set to “Latest Benefit Overview” for the relevant population. If the LE of the employee is not part of the Benefits Overview Page Configuration object, the redirection will occur to the legacy screen.
