3786987 - Alternate Managers are seeing incorrect Curriculum Status for their alternate team members

Alternate Managers are seeing the wrong curricula status, next action, etc., of their alternate team members. Instead, the page seems to be showing their own curricula details.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM >
2. Navigate to the Learning homepage as an alternate manager >
3. Check your own Curriculum Status page, by clicking on the 'Activities' dropdown and select 'Curricula' >
4. Now click on the 'Dashboards' dropdown and select 'Team View' >
5. At the Team View page, click on 'Alternate Team' >
6. Select one of the alternate team members >
7. At the right side, click on the three dots button (Additional Options) and select 'View Curricula Status' >
8. Notice that the details seen match with what was noticed in the step #3 above, which means the page is not showing the user's actual status.

Our Engineering team finished their investigation and the patch to address the issue is scheduled to be applied within the b2605p15 release version, according to the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.

For VSaaS customers, this means that the fix is planned to be delivered as part of the b2605p19 release version, as per the schedule available at 2026 VSaaS Upgrade and Patch Schedule.

Workaround:

The issue is not reproducible when enableLegacyUIReplacement=false (to be configured at Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN).
