3787012 - Time Off Mobile App (iOS): Requested Duration Incorrectly Defaults to Minutes

In the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application for iOS (version 17.1.0), the Requested field on the Request Time Off screen displays an incorrect duration.

For example:

• When the expected requested duration is 07:36 hours, the mobile application displays 0:07 hours.
• If the employee's planned working time is 8 hours, the application incorrectly defaults the requested duration to 0:08 hours (8 minutes) instead of 08:00 hours.

Due to this issue, multiple users were able to successfully submit leave requests with incorrect durations, such as 7 minutes or 8 minutes, instead of the expected working hours.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Open the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile application on an iOS device.
2. Navigate to Request Time Off.
3. Select a leave type and enter the required details.
4. Observe the value displayed in the Requested field.
5. Notice that the requested duration is displayed in minutes (for example, 0:07 hours) instead of the expected working duration (for example, 07:36 hours).

• The issue has been resolved in SuccessFactors Mobile App (iOS) version 17.1.3.
• Version 17.1.3 is now available on the App Store.
• Please upgrade to the latest version.
