3787016 - Error when accessing the Historical Results - Recruiting Management

Users are receiving an error when trying to access a candidate’s Historical Results tab of the Job Application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The assessment vendor is passing a String value to scoreValue field.

The field scoreValue only supports 5 values:

• null (stands for No Value)
• 1 (stands for Recommended)
• 2 (stands for Recommended w/ Qualification)
• 3 (stands for Recommended w/ Reservation)
• 4 (stands for Not Recommended)

Passing any other value, including a String, is not supported as the above values are hard-coded.
