Creating a network from Project Builder causes a system dump.

ABAP runtime error: RAISE_EXCEPTION.

Involved programs/context: SAPLCOZV, SAPLCOBT (LCOBTU16), SAPLCNPB_M.

Exception and message: ORDER_NOT_FOUND raised in CO_BT_ORDER_DET_TEMP.

In some cases, message CO/758 “Maintain acct assgt cats./document types for creation purch. reqs.” may be observed before the dump.
