3787059 - COP2 packing for TECO process orders allowed only if previously released (REL/PREL) otherwise blocked.

Symptom

  • In COP2, packing is blocked for process orders with status sequence CRTD → TECO and the message "Order has not been released" is shown. 
  • In COP2, packing is allowed for process orders with status sequence CRTD → REL → TECO. 
  • Some users expect packing to be blocked for all TECO orders, regardless of any prior release.
