3787072 - Release button is inactive or disabled in Manage Documented Credit Decision - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2608

The Release button is inactive or disabled for users when attempting to process DCDs in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The tile for the app Manage Documented Credit Decision displays as Deprecated.

1. Navigate to app Manage Documented Credit Decision (Deprecated).
2. Attempt to process DCDs but the Release button is greyed out.

This behavior occurs for existing customers when the new DCD Feature Toggle has been activated, but user role assignments have not been updated to include the new business catalog. As a result, users continue to access the deprecated legacy application where action buttons (such as Release) are locked.

1. Migrate existing Documented Credit Decisions using the Rebuild Credit Management Data app.
2. Assign Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC to the affected business roles using the Maintain Business Roles app.
3. Verify that business users access the new Documented Credit Decision application.
