3787087 - Where competency ratings become visible after item completion

Competencies are integrated into Learning and mapped to items. Will the competency ratings be visible in learning?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Map one or more competencies/attributes to a Learning item and define a rating scale.
2. Complete the Learning item.
3. Attempt to view the competency/attribute rating in Learning after completion.
4. Observe that the rating is not visible in Learning and uncertainty remains about where it is displayed.

The competency rating would not be visible in Learning as per the current system design. 

Instead, to check the ratings, you should be looking outside LMS where you manage the users' current assigned attributes. The competencies should be assigned to the users' profiles with respective ratings received, and this has a dependency on the item flag - "Auto Record Competency Rating on Item Completion" which must be turned on.
