3787114 - VA42: Condition value change does not update VBAP-KZWI1 for contract items with billing plan periods in status C (closed)

• In VA42, changing a periodizing condition amount on a contract item does not update VBAP-KZWI1.
• The issue occurs when the item is linked to a billing plan whose relevant periods are closed (status C).
• An item with open billing plan periods updates VBAP-KZWI1 as expected.
• The condition type uses calculation type M (monthly) with periodization; no error message appears.
