3787115 - Incorrect Checkbox Selected in Generated Spain Model 145 Form When "Igual o superior al 65%" Is Selected.

When a candidate selects the second option, “Igual o superior al 65%”, and signs the Spain Model 145 tax form, the checkbox “Además, tiene acreditada la necesidad de ayuda de terceras personas o movilidad reducida” is automatically selected in the generated document instead.

More than 25 candidates are affected. The issue has been occurring since August 1 and is reproducible in a non-production (UAT) environment.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in as a test candidate.
2. Navigate to the Compliance process and open the Spain Model 145 tax form.
3. In the relevant section, select the second option: “Igual o superior al 65%.”
4. Complete and sign the form.
5. Review the generated document.

The checkbox “Además, tiene acreditada la necesidad de ayuda de terceras personas o movilidad reducida” is selected instead of the expected checkbox.

A product defect in the Spain Model 145 compliance form causes the selected “Igual o superior al 65%” option to be mapped to a different checkbox in the generated form.

Engineering has identified the root cause. The correction is planned for delivery in compliance bundle 2026_v1.

As a temporary workaround until the update is available, manually review and complete the affected forms after candidate submission to ensure that the correct checkbox is displayed in the final document.

After the update is deployed, retest the Spain Model 145 form by selecting “Igual o superior al 65%” and verify that the generated document reflects the correct checkbox.
