3787123 - Error During Transfer of Tax Condition JP2E (VH807) in Change Sales Order (VA03) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

An error occurs during the creation of sales orders or subsequent invoices with the following message:

"Error during transfer of tax condition JP2E (Message no. VH807)
Diagnosis: "A condition type is found in the tax determination procedure, which is not available in the current document pricing procedure."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a sales order in app 'Create Sales Order' (VA01) and save it.
2. If no error occurs at save, create the delivery.
3. Create the invoice in 'Create Billing Document' (VF01).
4. Observe whether the pricing error “Error during transfer of tax condition JP2E (VH807)” occurs during document processing.

If incorrect or unexpected tax master data is configured, the system may determine a tax condition type (such as JP2E) that is not available in the document pricing procedure, resulting in message VH807 during pricing. Hence the error caused by incorrect tax configuration (tax master data). 

The possible causes of this error include:

• Review the tax configuration in the “Set tax rate – Sales” app and ensure the correct output tax code is maintained for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Check the sales pricing procedure assigned to the document and ensure that all potentially determined tax condition types (for example, JP2E) exist in the procedure and have not been removed.
• Align the tax determination procedure with the document pricing procedure so that any tax condition derived from the selected tax code is available in pricing.
• Check the Tax master data.
