3787141 - Talent Search returns no results when searching by username - Succession Management

When search for "username" field on talent search, it shows no result.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development

1. Go to Talent Search > Basic Information > Username.
2. Enter the username, select the user from the drop list, and click Search.
3. No results are returned.

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release (b2611).For release timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information.

Workaround: To use the Keyword Search in Talent  Search instead of the Username field.
