3787155 - App Manage Documented Credit Decision App is not available - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Not able to locate or access the application Manage Documented Credit Decisions. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log in to the system as a business user in a net new CE2608 installation.
2. Search for the Manage Documented Credit Decisions in the SAP Fiori launchpad.
3. Observe that the app tile is not found or missing from the launchpad navigation.

Starting from Release CE2608, the legacy Business Catalog  SAP_FIN_BC_CR_CASES_PC  is deprecated and excluded from scope for net new customers. Meanwhile, the new DCD application is controlled via a Feature Toggle and remains hidden until explicitly enabled.

1. Activate the relevant Feature Toggle for the new Documented Credit Decision framework.
2. Assign Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CR_DCD_PC to the required business roles via the Maintain Business Roles app.
   (Note: Data migration is not required for net new user as no legacy DCD records exist).
