3787158 - Error when updating the role in 'Test Your Processes' application

While updating a role in the Test Your Processes application, the action fails with error message 'Business user credentials of DEFAULT role are invalid. Refer to SAP KBA 3391819 for more details'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Test Your Processes app.
2. Update the Role
3. Error is thrown

The URL configured in Conditional Authentication (CIS) does not match the URL configured in the Test Your Process application.

1. If using a non-SAP identity provider (IdP), configure Cloud Identity Services (CIS) for Test Your Processes as described in the official guide: Configure Test Your Processes | Help Portal.
2. Ensure the URL maintained for Test Your Processes application, exactly matches the URL configured under Conditional Authentication in CIS.
3. Save the changes and check again.
