3787199 - SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_IMPORT shows message "Export file not existing or accessible"

When starting task list SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_IMPORT by STC01, warning message "Export file not existing or accessible" is displayed

During earlier run of task list SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_EXPORT, the export files were set to /<DIR>/ directory. The directory and files exist with enough permission, but still the warning message is displayed as soon as starting task list SAP_BASIS_COPY_REFRESH_IMPORT.
