3787207 - "You don’t have permission to access the profile content" - Employee Profile access issue

Symptom

All users in the instance are facing issue where they cannot access their profile/any profile and see the message "You don’t have permission to access the profile content".

No changes to permission roles, and the following permissions granted:

  • User Permissions ->  General User Permission -> User Search permission, for the specified target population.
  • User Permissions  -> General User Permission -> Live Profile Access permission
  • Account Data (Login Name)
