3787270 - Changes performed on blocked item of a Central Contract is not considered during distribution - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When a Central Purchase Contract item is blocked, subsequent changes made to that item appear saved in app Manage Central Purchase Contracts, but are not distributed to the connected backend system.
  • Table EKPO_DISTR is not updated for the blocked item, while table EKPO is updated.
